Help clients who have purchased things from the e-commerce website.

Deliver a superior customer experience as defined by performance goals and uphold our client's core principles.

Maintain prompt email and/or chat responses to consumers.

Maintain a level of customer service by being courteous, effective, and attentive when interacting with clients.

Each customer question and the corresponding answer should be documented.

If a product or item is unavailable on the e-commerce website, offer an alternative.

Follow established practices and procedures while offering solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes to processes and system information.

Task Requirements:

Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication O Levels/Matric or above Requires at least 40 WPM
