The Business Strategy and Operations department uses analytics to deliver business-critical insights, maintains cross-functional objective and execution alignment, and supports teams as they advance new projects and strategic relationships.

We are committed to turning early-stage concepts into initiatives for future growth while also helping to integrate the highest-level business priorities with efficient day-to-day operations.

You will engage in critical strategic thinking, define important decisions and foster consensus around them, cultivate connections with executive stakeholders, conduct quantitative studies, and serve as a strategic thought partner in this capacity.

Exploring new prospects with Google's partners is the responsibility of the Global Partnerships organization. The Global Partnerships team at Google collaborates with a variety of partners to help them use Google to power their businesses.

The Global Partnerships team works with key partners to support Google's Product teams and improve user experiences across a variety of areas, including advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more.

Teams develop business growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and partnerships that enable a variety of products.

POSITION in San Francisco USA: Strategy and Operations Manager Search Partnerships


Qualifications Barebones:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or proven work experience in the field.

Proven track record of success in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Favorable qualifications include:

Graduate degree required.

Proven track record of successfully influencing senior-level stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Knowledge and practice in the field of technology.

Work background in company development, sales, and/or partnership roles.


Collaborate with other Google departments to achieve our partnership objectives in Search by driving strategic and operational initiatives.

Motivate research and suggestions for improving Search Partnerships.

Help Global Partnerships' top brass with the nuts and bolts of their operations and strategy on a daily basis.

Create internal and external communications that are easy to understand and convincing in order to persuade executive stakeholders.
