Responsibilities

Must use several applications while paying close attention to correctness and detail to process client requests and resolve issues via live chat, phone call, and email;

To use Salesforce or Jira to escalate the issue to the proper expert as needed

To promptly inform clients on the progress of their requests;

To hourly evaluate papers regularly sent by clients in particular regions;

To accurately and in sufficient detail generate and understand reports and other documentation as needed for the position.

Must attend company seminars in order to grasp the organization's business roles and functions and to achieve the necessary evaluation goals;

To meet the CS Manager's quarterly KPI goals;

To carry out other ad hoc responsibilities that the manager has given you.
